Opal CCFL Edge Lit Light Boxes

This Opal light box uses energy saving CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps) to produce even, shadow free illumination across the whole of the light box without hot spots or shadows. The superb brightness will enliven any retail environment transforming posters into wonderful eye catching displays with a choice of frame styles.

The functional snap frame fronted light boxes with their energy saving illumination make these Ultra thin light boxes the perfect solution for budget and green conscious buyers. Available in two different frame styles. A mitred frame 34mm deep with 30mm snap front or rounded corner frame at only 20mm deep with a 25mm wide snap frame, each style creates a very attractive light box. Simply snap open the front frame, change the poster and snap shut. The low voltage Opal light box ensures maximum safety in daily use, generates far less heat than T5 fluorescent powered light boxes and provide substantial energy savings.

This extremely functional light box only 20mm or 34mm deep, with a front loading snap frame is an extremely neat and eco friendly option to T5 Fluorescent illumination.
When it comes to brightness, the luminosity of CCFL is extremely bright.
There are no hot spots or shadows and very low heat generation.
The average life of a T5 fluorescent is approximately 20,000 hours, CCFL life expectancy is around 50,000 hours of continuous use.
